Install byAir
Tap Get byAir, or search “byAir” in the App Store or Google Play.

Sign in
Open Profile and sign in with Apple, Google or email. With Apple, choose Share My Email. Already a byAir user? Just check you're signed in.

Fill in the form
Use the same email you signed in with. Bringing a guest? Ask them to install byAir and sign in first. 2 minutes.

Get Pro
We activate Pro within 24 hours and send you an email. Reopen the app to see it.

Import your Flighty history (below), then add your next flight.

No need to change anything — just tell us the relay address byAir received:不需要更改任何設定，只要告訴我們 byAir 收到的轉寄地址：
- Open Settings on your iPhone打開 iPhone 的「設定」
- Tap your name at the top點選最上方您的姓名
- Tap Sign-In & Security點選「登入與安全性」
- Tap Sign in with Apple, then byAir點選「使用 Apple 登入」，再點選 byAir
- Copy the address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com and paste it in the form複製結尾為 @privaterelay.appleid.com 的地址，貼到表單中
Menu names can vary slightly between iOS versions.不同 iOS 版本的選單名稱可能略有差異。
Move your Flighty history (free, no Pro needed)搬移您的 Flighty 紀錄（免費，不需 Pro）
- In Flighty: Profile → Settings → Account Data → Export Your Flights.在 Flighty：Profile → Settings → Account Data → Export Your Flights。
- Enter your email address, then save the CSV file from Flighty's email to Files.輸入您的 Email，再將 Flighty 寄來的 CSV 附件儲存到「檔案」。
- In byAir: Settings → Import & Sync → Apps → Flighty → Upload .csv file, then select the saved file.在 byAir：設定 → 匯入與同步 → 應用程式 → Flighty → 上傳 .csv 檔案，再選取剛才儲存的檔案。
- Processing may take a few minutes. Very large history? Email us the file and we'll help.處理可能需要幾分鐘。紀錄非常多？把檔案寄給我們，我們協助處理。

Do I need to pay or add a card?需要付款或綁定信用卡嗎？
No. Pro is activated by us on your account. Nothing to cancel, nothing renews.不需要。Pro 由我們直接為您的帳號啟用，無需取消，也不會自動續訂。
What happens after 31 December?12 月 31 日之後會怎樣？
Your free byAir Pro access lasts until 31 December 2026. Afterwards, your account returns to Free, and your flights and history stay saved. We'll share details about continuing with Pro separately.您的免費 byAir Pro 使用期限至 2026 年 12 月 31 日。之後帳號會回到免費版，您的航班與紀錄都會保留。關於繼續使用 Pro 的方式，我們會另行通知。
What if all 50 places are taken?50 個名額額滿怎麼辦？
The form becomes a waiting list. We'll email you if a place frees up, and about the community offer in December.表單會轉為候補名單。若有名額釋出，或 12 月社群專屬方案開放時，我們會寄信通知您。
Who can be my guest?可以邀請誰？
Anyone — family, a friend, a colleague. They get the same Pro access and dates, on their own account. Before you fill in the form, ask them to install byAir and sign in, and give us that same email.任何人都可以：家人、朋友或同事。對方使用自己的帳號，享有相同的 Pro 權限與期間。填寫表單前，請先請對方下載 byAir 並登入，並在表單中填寫對方登入的 Email。
Are there any limits?有使用限制嗎？
byAir Pro is for personal use; technical and feature-specific limits apply.byAir Pro 僅供個人使用，並適用技術及個別功能的使用限制。
Is my data safe?我的資料安全嗎？
Your form answers are used only to run the trial. Kao sees members' names to confirm membership. We don't sell data or share it with advertisers. Trial details are deleted after the trial unless you continue with Pro.
